How to install Aurotrap

Installing the Aurotrap device

Follow these steps to properly install and set up your Aurotrap:

Place the trap at the desired location and open the lid.
Use an 8mm drill to mark the holes for installation.
Move the trap and drill the marked holes.
Insert plugs into the drilled holes.
Place the trap back in position and fasten it firmly with screws.
Install the CO2 cartridge by turning it clockwise and tightening it firmly.
Remove the battery from the battery holder and plug it in using the two connectors.
The LED will light up and blink in patterns during the startup sequence as the trap connects to the network.

Important: DO NOT disconnect the battery while the LED is active!

Once the trap has connected, replace the battery and holder again.
Pull out the tray and place the bait/lure of your choice.
Go to your preferred app store and install Aurotrap Mobile
Once Installed, login with your Aurotrap credentials
Click on Install device
Scan the QR code and follow the installation steps in the mobile app.
