If you’re unable to find your trap in the AuroTrap Manager, here are some possible reasons and solutions:
You’re not an assigned user to the trap.
- Make sure your user account has been assigned to the specific trap.
The hierarchy is incorrect.
- Check if the trap is placed under the correct group or location in the hierarchy.
- The trap could be located in a sister company, such as Company Gmbh, but you are a user on Company LLC
Other technical issues.
- If neither of the above resolves the issue, contact our support for further assistance.
