How do I stop getting notifications from our Aurotraps

If you want to stop receiving notifications for specific Aurotraps, then follow these steps:

1. Go to Customers – Select the correct account

2. Select Traps – Click the Traps tab and choose the ones you to stop receive notifications for.

3. Assign Users – Click Actions > Assign Users to Traps.

4. Choose recipients – Select yourself and click Assign Users to Traps to save. This will remove yourself from the trap.

However if you want to stop receive a specific alarm, you can go to user settings, now click notifications at the top. Then you chose the type of notifications that you want to receive.
