My unit have lost signal

It is normal for an Aurotrap unit to occasionally show as having no signal. This can happen if the trap temporarily loses connection at the time it sends its status or heartbeat. In most cases, this is a short interruption, and the warning will disappear automatically when the trap successfully connects during the next update.
How data is saved during connection
When your trap is able to connect, it stores up to 10 instances of data. Each time a new update is received, the oldest entry is overwritten. This means that the system always keeps the 10 most recent updates from the trap.
