I just installed my Aurotrap, but It's not visible In the manager

If your Aurotrap is not showing in the manager, it may be due to the following reasons:

Possible Causes and Solutions:

1. 24-Hour heartbeat:

   • After the trap is installed, it can take up to 24 hours for the unit to send its first heartbeat to the Manager.
   • Wait for 24 hours and check the Manager again.

2. Reconnect the battery:

   • If the trap is still not visible after 24 hours, follow these steps:
     • Disconnect the battery from the unit.
     • Wait for 5 seconds.
     • Reconnect the battery securely.
   • Wait for 10 minutes and check the Manager again. The trap should now be visible.

If the trap Is still not visible:
