I just installed my Aurotrap, but It's not visible In the manager

If your Aurotrap is not showing in the manager, it may be due to the following reasons:
Possible Causes and Solutions:
24-Hour heartbeat:
- After the trap is installed, it can take up to 24 hours for the unit to send its first heartbeat to the Manager.
- Wait for 24 hours and check the Manager again.
Reconnect the battery:
- If the trap is still not visible after 24 hours, follow these steps:
- Disconnect the battery from the unit.
- Wait for 5 seconds.
- Reconnect the battery securely.
- Wait for 10 minutes and check the Manager again. The trap should now be visible.
- If the trap is still not visible after 24 hours, follow these steps:
If the trap Is still not visible:
- If the trap does not appear even after following these steps, contact our support team at support@aurocon.io for further assistance
