I'm not getting any alarms or notifications from our Aurotraps

If you are not receiving notifications for your Aurotraps, then follow these steps:

  1. Log into Aurotrap Manager – Enter your credentials and access your account.

  2. Go to Customers – Select your own account.

  3. Select Traps – Click the Traps tab and choose the ones you want notifications for.

  4. Assign Users – Click Actions > Assign Users to Traps.

  5. Choose Notification Recipients – Select yourself and click Assign Users to Traps to save.

  6. Confirm & Test – Ensure settings are correct and trigger an alarm to verify notifications.
